- Establish and help developing Project Management Offices

- Develop and coach resources on project, program, and portfolio management best practices

- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close complex cross-functional projects according to scope, on time, and on budget

- Develop project portfolio summary and status reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting progress

- Establish proper communication plans, ensure clarity of deliverable and milestones, and provide direction to the project team

- Utilize effective communication strategies with different stakeholders, smooth conflicts, and apply integrity and effective work ethics

- Flag potential risks and managed appropriate response strategie

Lean & Operational Excellence


- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste

- Evaluate current operational processes, identify errors, and utilize Subject Matter Experts and benchmarking to  establish SOPs and best practices to improve those processes

- Define proper solutions that suit company's strategies and form a better understanding of bright future state

- Effectively utilize changed management skills to move from current state to future state

- Identify any impediments and escalate any major concerns or change requests to the senior leaders

- Coach and supervise staff and promoted strong team-oriented approach to position projects for success



Business Planning & Strategy


- Establish a quality feasibility study for any new business endeavors

- Create a professional business plan for business expansions or rationalization

- Align with different functions and entities to ensure buy-ins and acceptance

- Work with the company team on effective business strategy and set up tactics to enable the defined strategy


Reporting & Analysis

- Develop efficient, simple, and effective reporting modules for different management levels

- Analyze operational data, P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash-Flows

- Comments on trends, trace causes of variances, and drill down on abnormalities

- Ensure consistency of data to realize meaningful outcomes

- Propose solutions and action items to add value to the organization's reporting practices.
